Last Minute UK Visitor Ban Grounds Carnival's Brand Ambassador
One of the exciting things about this cruise was that John Heald, Carnival's Brand Ambassador was going to be onboard with us. For the past 15 months he has been live on Facebook daily keeping us updated on progress (and non-progress) with his fun loving personality.
He was to fly to USA today and when he arrived at the airport he was told that President Biden had stopped all incoming visits from the UK due to a new strain of the virus.
Of course I do understand the reason but it is so disappointing. Not only for us as you can see in the Facebook Live Post from John this morning (click on below link) you can hear the disappointment in his voice too.
