Tenerife is served by two international airports: Tenerife Sur (Reina Sofía) - +34 922 759 000 Tenerife South is the larger of the two airports, handling traffic from many major European airlines and destinations. It is located some 90 kilometres from the capital of Santa Cruz. Bus 111 runs from the airport to Santa Cruz and the major beaches of the island. Taxis to Santa Cruz should cost about 60 Euros. Tenerife Norte (Los Rodeos) - +34 922 635 998 Tenerife North is located in San Cristóbal de La Laguna, about 11 kilometres from Santa Cruz. Bus lines 102, 108, and 109 go to the city, while taxis should cost around 15 Euros. Route 343 runs directly between both airports non-stop in just 50 minutes.
