Konobas are traditional Dalmatian taverns and Skoblar happens to be the oldest one in all Zadar. This is the right place to find authentic regional cuisine set in an equally traditional venue. Specialties of Konoba Skoblar include food cooked under the "pod pekom" (an iron baking bell) and desserts such as Kalelarga cheesecake and Maraschino cake.
